Having been an end user and facilitator I have a great understanding of the workings that go into any FI. I have had my hands in and worked thru the full array from Front End(Retail) to Back Office(Cards and GL; Electronic Services). I have worked with many institutions to build and design customized training materials, while developing their training departments to be sure delivery is consistent. (Train the Trainer)
