Charenne is a professional consultant with over 14 years of experience in the financial services industry providing consulting solutions and training delivery.  She also provides solutions for financial software systems for back office, call center, and retail branch environments.

Charenee’s many strengths include providing financial software consultations, testing and implementation of new software systems, and instructing Train-the-Trainer and courses.  In addition, she is an expert in adult learning theory, multimedia presentations and possesses excellent communication and change management skills.

Charenee’s Industry experience includes Banking, Mortgage, Hospitality and Retail. Hands on experience with enterprise program management, complex project delivery. Technical training delivery experience in Fiserv DNA application and CRM software.
