Tim

With more than 30 years of industry experience, Tim has supported a variety of positions within the financial space. His strong communication skills were showcased early in his career while working in BNY Mellon’s internal communication department completing technical and internal communications. Those skills helped build a foundation that led to a focus on project management, as he lead projects ranging from internal product development to external software implementations of all size and complexities.

His performance led to being placed in charge of a Fiserv core project management office and was responsible for leading a team of senior project managers and creating all processes, procedures and artifacts. Most recently he broadened his responsibilities by being appointed the director of a professional services team that supported an enterprise data warehouse product while maintaining project management duties. Tim led a senior staff of data professionals supporting all aspects of the product and working directly with all levels of client representatives.

Throughout his career, Tim has had a keen focus on client satisfaction by recognizing and understanding their perspective in a manner that earns trust and being viewed as a valued partner working together to accomplish their goals.
