Nell

Nell has spent the past 20 years transforming processes in the financial industry. Building on this experience, she developed a process optimization methodology that organizes the work required to Standardize, Streamline and Automate operational processes. In her career, she has worked in front-office, back-office, operations and administrative banking roles; developed consulting offerings for a  leading FinTech; led transformation programs for banks, credit unions, other industry vendors. Nell’s goal is to enable banks to exceed operational  business objectives through process design, automation, solution selection and change management. Promoting positive employee experience, Nell advises on change adoption including communication, company resources, knowledge management, growth and development. In her spare time, she and her family are actively involved with the city Pipes and Drums Band; Local music, art and open mic events; Oktoberfest Helen and Schnauzerfest Rome.
