With 22 years’ experience in banking technology services, Ken’s proven track record of creating Business and IT Value includes leading platform transformations; driving efficiencies in process and technology; and successfully negotiating beneficial vendor hardware and software contracts.

Through Ken’s team collaboration and leadership, his responsibilities have included: developing Project Management Organizations; creating or restructuring profitable lines of business; managing Software Development teams (on-shore and off-shore); directing large scale Enterprise Engagements including core platform conversions and the implementation of supporting/ancillary solutions (including M&A); and fully implementing Digital Transformation initiatives.
